All product sales are final. We do not offer refunds or item exchanges. Please read  product/service descriptions in its entirety before purchase.

All booking services (including deposits) are non-refundable. When you reserve a date with us, we commit time, staff, and resources specifically for your event — including purchasing supplies in advance to ensure the best experience possible. Because of this, cancellations impact our ability to rebook that date and result in lost costs and opportunities.

However, we understand that plans can change. Bookings can be rescheduled one time based on our availability. Please be sure to read the full service description carefully before completing your purchase.

Last minute BOOKINGS

All services booked within 48 hour or less of event date require a $100 inconvience fee no exceptions!

SHIPPING

We pride ourselves in providing the best products; therefore, most of the items are handled with care and sanitized properly. We ship most products  within 3-7 business. Please send us an email to boozersbartending@gmail.com if you need your order expedited, and we will try our best to get it to you as quickly as possible.
